By accessing and using the SecurityAware platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services. User Account

Subscription and Payment
Subscription Plans

Payment
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as selected at the time of purchase. All payments are processed securely through our certified payment partners. You agree to provide valid and current payment information.
Trial Period
We may offer a free trial period for new users. During the trial, you will have limited or full access to platform features. If you do not cancel before the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will continue to have access to paid features until that date. We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, functionality, and materials of the SecurityAware platform are the exclusive property of SecurityAware or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or rent any part of the Service without our prior written authorization.
Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from the use of or inability to use the Service.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason we deem appropriate. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, and we may delete all data associated with your account.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where SecurityAware is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
